Abstract
[Objective]Non-standard agriculture warrant receipts(NAWR)are access credentials for par-ticipants.The digitization and specification of NAWR are both urgent and essential for improv-ing the management capabilities and cross-agency credit level.[Methods]Status verification,operation tracing,and information sharing are problems that trouble NAWR.To solve the prob-lems above,this paper presents the design of a governance framework for cross-agency com-munication and the implementation of the NAWR specifications and management system.[Re-sults]The NAWR specifications and management system provides highly efficient trusted channel and standardized services for NAWR warehousing,moving,pledging and other life-cy-cle operations.[Conclusions]Experiments show that the NAWR specifications and manage-ment system based on consortium blockchain are both trustable in business and feasible in technology.关键词
