Abstract

Lithium smelting slag is the solid waste generated in the process of extracting lithium from lithium concentrates.How to realize the reuse of lithium smelting slag becomes very important.This study mainly explores the adsorption performance of lithium smelting slag after desulfurization treatment on lithium ions in solution.Relevant studies have shown that solution pH and reaction temperature have a significant impact on the behavior of lithium ions adsorbed by lithium slag.Under the conditions of solution pH=13,reaction temperature 80℃,and reaction time of 10 hours,the adsorption capacity of lithium slag on lithium ions can reach 23mg/g.At the same time,the results of adsorption simulation experiments show that both the Freundlich adsorption model and the Langmuir adsorption model can simulate the behavior of lithium ions adsorbed by lithium slag,but the simulation effect of the Langmuir adsorption model is better than that of the Freundlich adsorption model.
