摘要

Abstract

This paper introduces the selection of processing program,main equipment,restoration of the workshop,environment protection and safety,energy saving measures,technical and economic indicators and technological improvements for improvement of quality and efficiency in YCC Southwest Copper Corporation Ltd.According to practice production,the transformation project uses traditional start sheet process with small electrode plate.It has 340 cells totally.The cell voltage is 0.3-0.35V,current density is 260A/m2,the capacity of electrolytic cathode copper remains 51000 tons per annual.This project focuses on design of safety,energy saving and automatic control,and has achieved great progresses.Production conditions and technical indexes after the project put into production are briefly described.All main economic indicators are better than design values.
