摘要

Abstract

Bimetal composite is a priority project in the national new material development plan.Casting is the material forming process of metal from high temperature liquid to solid.Aluminum alloy castings are widely used in industrial fields.Domestic aluminum alloy castings mainly use low pressure and gravity casting.Low pressure casting technology is widely used due to high yield,but the shrinkage defects of low pressure casting aluminum alloy castings affect the service life.There are various defects in the production of aluminum alloy castings.The cast aluminum alloy has poor structure and low performance in the as-cast state.The solidification temperature range of Al-Cu alloy is wide,and it is easy to produce hot cracks.It is necessary to study and optimize the aluminum alloy casting technology,effectively improve the casting production level and ensure product quality.
