去应力退火对激光增材制造纯钛的影响
Effect of Stress Relieving Annealing on Laser Additive Manufacturing Pure Titanium
摘要
Abstract
The TA1 pure titanium specimens were prepared by the laser additive manufacturing process.Effect of the stress relieving annealing at different temperature and time on residual stress,mechanical properties,microstructure and hardness of the specimens was been compared and analyzed by means of x-ray stress instrument,universal material experiment machine,etc.The results show that,the residual stress,tensile strength and yield strength decrease significantly after stress relieving annealing,while the specimens exhibited higher elongation.In addition,there are no obvious changes in the microstructure and hardness.Finally,the vacuum stress-relieving annealing schedule is obtained to be annealing temperature at 595℃for 25min,followed by furnace cooling to 50℃,and then air cooling,which not only eliminate the internal stress greatly,but also make the specimen have excellent tensile strength,plasticity and hardness.关键词
