Rapid detection of vertical distribution of heavy metals in mining soil
摘要
Abstract
Mining activities often lead to an increase in the content of heavy metals in soil,which brings potential harm to the environment and human health.Therefore,it is very important to quickly detect the vertical distribution of heavy metals in mine soil.The traditional detection method can not realize the rapid detection of the vertical distribution of heavy metals in mine soil.As a new element analysis technology,laser induced breakdown spectroscopy has significant advantages in the field of heavy metal detection in mine soil.In this paper,based on laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy technology,a laser-induced breakdown spectrum detection system was built,and the methods of soil sampling,detection and quantification were studied,and the rapid detection of vertical spatial distribution of typical heavy metals such as lead and copper in soil was realized.Taking the soil samples collected from the mining area in Jiyuan City,Henan Province as an example,the soil samples in the depth of 0~60cm were directly collected and detected directly.the results show that there is a good consistency between the laser-induced breakdown spectrum and the ICP-OES detection results.the average error of copper and lead is 10.7%and 14.6%respectively.The results provide technical support for judging whether mine soil is polluted by heavy metals,the degree of pollution and the information of distribution and concentration of heavy metals.关键词
