基于国家专利数据库研究中药复方治疗慢性肾衰竭的用药规律
Medication Rule of Chinese Herbal Compound Prescriptions for Chronic Renal Failure Based on National Patent Database

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication rule of the national patented Chinese herbal compound prescriptions for the treat-ment of chronic renal failure.Methods:The Chinese medicine compound prescriptions for chronic renal failure in the national pa-tent database were used as data source.After screening,a database was established using Office Excel 2019,and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0,Cytoscape 3.7.1,Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5 Medicine were employed for the analysis of frequency of usage,nature,flavor and meridian tropism of herbal medicines,association rule analysis,factor analysis,complex network construction,entropy hierarchical clustering,etc.Results:A total of 97 patented Chinese herbal compound prescriptions for the treatment of chronic renal failure were included,and high-frequency herbal medicines included Ra-dix Astragali(48 times,49.48％),Radix et Rhizoma Rhei(36 times,37.11％),Poria(27 times,27.84％),Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae(25 times,25.77％),and Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae(25 times,25.77％).The medicines,mostly warm,cold and moderate,were mainly used for restoring qi,urine excretion to strain off dampness,clearing heat,activating blood and removing stasis and acted on the liver,spleen and lung.A total of 32 herbal combinations were obtained by association rule a-nalysis,and 13 common factors were obtained by factor analysis.The entropy hierarchical clustering revealed four new prescrip-tions.Conclusion:The patented Chinese herbal compound prescriptions for chronic renal failure focuses on restoring qi,with the main treatment methods of warming yang,promoting urination,clearing heat,cooling blood,activating blood and removing stasis.The damp-draining diuretic and qi-tonifying,heat-clearing,blood-activating,stasis-removing and yang-tonifying medicines were mostly selected.关键词
