数字经济背景下的江苏省数字孪生流域建设实践OACHSSCD
A study on the practice of building digital twin watersheds in the context of digital economy
针对数字经济背景下数字孪生流域建设所面临的难题与挑战,基于水利数据的资源化、资产化、资本化"三化模式",通过万物互联与万物智联、数据与中枢、供给侧与需求侧、物理世界与虚拟世界"四个协同"路径,分析了江苏省数字孪生流域建设方面的实施路径.结果表明:通过"三化模式"研究,有效释放了水利数据价值;通过"四个协同"实践,有力支撑了水利业务数字化转型.
