Abstract
Regional drought risk assessment is the core link connecting scientific understanding and prevention practice of drought risk,and has always been a cutting-edge hot and difficult point in the research field of drought risk prevention theory and practice.It is an important issue supporting the high-quality development of regional wa-ter conservancy.In view of the problems existing in the actual drought risk assessment,such as unclear concepts,constrained application conditions of methods,and separation of risk quantitative calculation and physical analysis,from the perspective of the degree to which the assessment object conforms to the relationship between the risk as-sessment objectives,it is concluded and analyzed that comprehensive assessment of drought risk and quantitative assessment of drought risk are the main ways of drought risk assessment research at present.Moreover the drought risk system several conceptual issues such as comprehensive evaluation of drought risk and quantitative evaluation of drought risk are explored,including the construction of single index evaluation functions,determination of index weights,and construction of comprehensive index evaluation functions,in order to further promote the in-depth development of drought risk assessment theory and practice.关键词
