摘要

Abstract

Under extreme weather conditions,wind and photovoltaic power generation are non-synchronized de-cline,resulting in an increase in system regulation requirements.Pumped-storage power stations need to operate flexibly to fill the gaps and maintain power supply-demand balance and grid stability.To simplify the hydroelectric conversion relationship,coefficients for"water level drop per unit of electricity stored"and"electricity consumed per unit of water level rise"are used to establish a balanced water extraction model based on upper reservoir water level control as the operating boundary conditions for pumped-storage power station.Considering extreme weather conditions such as heatwaves,cold waves,typhoons,sandstorms,and haze,a high-efficiency and economic op-timization scheduling model for pumped-storage power systems with unsynchronized wind and solar power generation is established.This model helps to alleviate the impact of extreme weather on power balance by balancing power consumption during peak demand.The feasibility and validity of the proposed constraints and models are verified through numerical examples,and the research can provide decision support for power systems to cope with sudden meteorological processes using pumped-storage power stations.
