摘要

Abstract

With the development of metabolic engineering and synthetic biology,microorganisms,as cell factories,play an important role in the production of bio-based monomers,drug precursors and amino acids.Compared with traditional chemical synthesis and extraction of natural products from plants and animals,cell factories can greatly reduce environmental pollution and preserve natural resources.Meanwhile,dynamic regulation serves as a new strategy of metabolic engineering,which can not only control the timely distribution and redirection of metabolic flow,but also modulate microbial growth,metabolism and application.Regarding the application of dynamic regulation,response promoter acts as one of the most important components.In this review,we outlined recent development and principle of dynamic regulatory systems,then summarized the structure and regulatory mechanism of response promoters,as well as their types,characteristics and applications.We also presented the challenges and outlook for the potential applications of response promoters.
