The Strategic Thinking of Advancing Law-Based Governance in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
The strategic thinking is a way of thinking that makes systematic,long-term and forward-looking plans for major fundamental issues related to the overall situation and all respects.It is comprehensive in thinking breadth,orientative in thinking height and scien-tific in thinking depth.To advance law-based governance in the new era,we need to view the general trend with strategic thinking,consider the overall situation and the long-term benefit.Strategic thinking can provide an open theoretical vision in epistemology,guid-ing the creation of a new paradigm for the sinicization of Marxist theory of the rule of law.It can provide a dynamic guiding role in the theory of practice,guiding the advancing of law-based governance in the new era to make new breakthroughs and achievements.It can provide a broad world vision in methodology,guiding the development of a new path of Chinese style modernization of the rule of law and the creation of a new form of human civilization of the rule of law.In practice,we need to adhere to the combination of strengthe-ning strategic leadership and consolidating the strategic foundation to build a dynamic mechanism of advancing law-based governance in the new era with strategic overall thinking.We need to adhere to the coordination between anchoring strategic goals and deploying stra-tegic tasks,planning the top-level design of advancing law-based governance in the new era with strategic systematic thinking.We need to adhere to the unity of maintaining strategic concentration and enhancing strategic vitality,planning the action path of advancing law-based governance in the new era with strategic development thinking.关键词
