"一带一路"背景下我国海外油气资产结构配置研究
Research on China's Offshore Oil and Gas Asset Structure Allocation Under the Belt and Road Initiative

Abstract
The current sharp fluctuations of the international oil prices and the unstable international situation have caused great pres-sure on China's energy security.Actively optimizing the configuration of overseas oil and gas assets is an effective means to ensure Chi-na's energy security,market initiative and discourse power.Aiming at the problem of unreasonable allocation of overseas oil and gas as-sets structure,this paper sets reasonable conditions and constraints according to the main characteristics of overseas oil and gas assets,constructs a multi-objective programming mathematical model that meets the different requirements of single-dimension and multi-di-mension asset structure allocation,adopts the idea of reverse,multi-level and multi-stage optimization,and uses improved genetic algo-rithm to solve the model,and seeks the project set with a reasonable asset allocation structure and its realization path.According to the analysis of optimization results in application examples,some reasonable suggestions on the structural allocation of overseas oil and gas assets are further put forward,such as increasing the proportion of exploration project,strengthening regional coorperation,and scien-tifically planning project types.关键词
