摘要
Abstract
At present,the global digital economy is developing rapidly,and the development of digital technology and informatization has made China have a certain market share and competitive advantage in the global digital trade market.However,China has not won the right to speak first in the formulation of international digital trade rules,occupying a dominant advantage.In order to promote the formation of a favorable environment conducive to the development of China's digital economy and realize the effective integration of China's digital trade rules with international agreements,China should make full use of its existing advantages in the development of digital trade,build its own cooperation circle on the digital trade platform,improve and upgrade its own digital trade rules,and con-stantly promote the development of China's digital economy.关键词
