椭圆管壳管式换热器传热性能的实验研究
Experimental study on heat transfer performance of a shell and tube heat exchanger with elliptical tubes

Abstract
In order to ensure the lubrication effect of the lubricating oil,the lubricating oil was cooled efficiently to make it in a suitable temperature range,improve the heat transfer performance of the fuel oil heat exchanger,and meet the higher performance requirements of the aero-engine.Based on the ex-cellent heat transfer and flow characteristics of the elliptical tube and the technology of small diameter elliptical-shaped tubes,a shell and tube heat exchanger was designed and developed with elliptical tubes and built an experimental platform to carry out comprehensive experimental researches on its heat transfer and flow resistance characteristics,lastly compared and analyzed it with conventional shell and tube heat exchangers with circular tubes.The variation law of heat transfer and flow character-istics with the flow rate of the shell and tube heat exchanger with elliptical tubes were obtained experi-mentally.The experimental results show that in the range of the experimental conditions,compared with the conventional shell and tube heat exchanger with circular tubes,the heat transfer of the shell and tube heat exchanger with elliptical tubes can be increased by 15.6%at most;meantime,the shell side flow resistance of shell and tube heat exchangers decreases significantly,with a maximum reduc-tion of 23.2%,while the change in flow resistance on the tube side is small.Taking the conventional shell and tube heat exchanger with circular tubes as the standard,the PEC index of the shell and tube heat exchanger with elliptical tubes is stable in the range of 1.2~1.4 when the flow rate at the tube's outside is greater than 20 L/min,which proves that the heat exchanger has achieved the purpose of im-proving the comprehensive heat exchange performance,and has a broad application prospect in the field of efficient fuel oil heat exchange in aero-engines.关键词
