先进航空发动机的室内试车台设计
Design of advanced aeroengine indoor test bench
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the progressiveness of the aeroengine test bench,based on the conven-tional test bench equipment,advanced fuel pressure stabilization control system,indoor flow field con-trol measures,and multi-component vector force measurement system in hyperstatic state that can be applied to the aeroengine indoor test bench were proposed.The fuel pressure stabilizing system used the secondary oil supply pump and the return electric valve regulated by frequency conversion to match the demand of engine inlet flow.The application of the pressure stabilizing system could reduce the transient oil pressure change to 50%of the conventional oil supply system;The quality of the indoor flow field could be improved by designing porous orifice plates and plugging some flow holes of the ejector tubes.The design of multi-component force measurement system and the safety monitoring of vector platform were carried out,providing important basic support for the decoupling of vector force and high-precision measurement of aeroengine.关键词
