Abstract
The National Library of Australia has always attached great importance to the digital construction of libraries,and has continuously released digital strategic plans of varying scales.This article examines the implementation principles,strategic focuses,and safeguards of the National Library of Australia's latest"Digital Strategy 2023-2024",and combines its development mission and digital construction experience to point out that China's libraries should start from four aspects of following the law of development,consolidating the core elements,promoting cooperation,and focusing on talents and technology.China's libraries should pay attention to the changes in the social environment and broaden the development path of libraries through digital construction,by improving the collection resource system,strengthening users'digital participation,promoting institutional collaboration,attaching importance to the knowledge and application of high technology,and cultivating librarians'digital literacy,and strive to improve the level of digital construction of libraries in the new era.关键词
