摘要

Abstract

The V-Si intermetallics compounds have many excellent properties,such as high mechanical property,excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance,high temperature oxidation resistance.The V-Si intermetallics compounds main-ly included V3Si,V5Si3 and VSi2.Ceramics have many excellent properties.Ceramics exhibited high mechanical property,excellent wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance,and corrosion resistance.So the V-Si intermetallics compounds and ceramics could be combined to fabricate into the V-Si intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix compos-ites.The V-Si intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites exhibited high mechanical property,excellent wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance,and corrosion resistance.In this paper,the fabrication process,phase composition,microstructure,mechanical property,wear resistance and corrosion resistance,high temperature oxidation resistance and other property of the V-Si intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites were introduced,the re-search and development status and development trend of the V-Si intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites were introduced.The future research and development trend and development direction of the V-Si intermetallics com-pounds/ceramics matrix composites were analyzed and predicted.
