Logic Justifies,Challenges and Deepening Directions of PE Teaching Reform in Primary and Secondary Schools under Background of Double Reduction Policy

Abstract
With the implementation of double reduction policy,external environment and inner driving force of PE teaching reform in primary and secondary schools has greatly changed.As the impetus,the understanding of health first,the orientation of core literacy,the concept of moral education,and the integration of family-school-society,have promoted the reform of PE teaching in primary and secondary schools from appropriate to practical.Facing the renewal of concept cognition,teaching quality improvement,curriculum system construction,guaranteeing condition perfection,traditional disadvantaged sports subject is encountering the new challenges of orientation of personnel training,optimization of teachers'quality,teaching mode innovation,teaching environment improvement.Guided by the policy,with the framework of guidelines,it is the only pathway to promote the deep reform of PE teaching in primary and secondary school in exploring and reforming personnel cultivation,teachers'quality standard,PE curriculum expansion and after-class service carriers.关键词
