国民核算视角下生态产品价值核算研究:以江西省为例OACHSSCD
Study on Value Accounting of Ecological Products From the Perspective of National Accounting:A Case Study of Jiangxi Province
生态产品价值核算是贯彻"绿水青山就是金山银山"理念的重要举措.文章从国民核算视角对生态产品进行界定和分类,在此基础上提出生态产品价值的核算方法,并以生态优势显著的江西省为例对生态系统生产总值(GEP)进行核算.核算结果显示,2019年江西省GEP为29040.66亿元,其中,物质产品价值占比为13.25%,调节服务价值占比为63.47%,文化服务价值占比为23.28%.并对研究结果进行讨论,提出完善江西省生态产品价值核算体系的建议.
