Abstract
The construction of ecological civilization is the fundamental plan related to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Based on the analysis of the impact mechanism of natural resource abundance and local government behavior on the construction of ecological civilization,and with the help of China's provincial panel data from 2007 to 2020,this paper con-structs a spatial Durbin model under the nested weight matrix to estimate the impact of the abundance of ecological basic resourc-es and mineral resources on the construction of ecological civilization,and then takes the behavior of local government as the regu-lating variable to test its regulatory effect on the construction of ecological civilization.The results show that the abundance of eco-logical basic resources has a significant positive impact on the construction of ecological civilization,and that the abundance of mineral resources has a significant negative impact on the construction of ecological civilization,which shows that under the back-ground of ecological civilization construction,"resource curse"is"mineral resource curse"rather than"ecological basic resource curse".From the results of the regulation effect of local government behavior,local government behavior weakens the positive im-pact of ecological basic resources abundance on the construction of ecological civilization and strengthens the negative impact of mineral resources abundance on the construction of ecological civilization.关键词
