摘要
Abstract
This paper studies the concepts of new smart city and digital economy,relevant national policies,and their relationship.It explores the integration factors of new smart city and digital economy and analyzes some urban practice cases.The paper points out that there are many problems and challenges,such as poor mechanism and complex technology.Finally,it proposes specific counter-measures and practical paths to develop new smart cities with industrial parks as carriers and optimize business environment as goals to promote the development of digital economy.The conclusion and further research direction are also presented.关键词
