摘要
Abstract
Foot-and-mouth disease and Peste des petits ruminants are compulsory immunization vaccines prescribed by the state for sheep,and sheep pox vaccine is an immunization vaccine for Jinchang City due to illness.In actual work,the immuni-zation procedures of the above three vaccines are cumbersome and labor-intensive.There are problems such as low herd immu-nity density and antibody protection rate,which makes the immune effect unsatisfactory.By studying different immunization schemes of foot-and-mouth disease,peste des petits ruminants and sheep pox.Analyzing the immune effect,we found that"three vaccines,three injections and three immunizations","three vaccines,three injections and two immunizations"and"three vaccines,three injections and one immunization"are safe and have a high pass rate of antibodies."Three vaccines,two injec-tions and one immunization"are not safe,and the pass rate of antibodies is not up to standard.关键词
