氯氮平所致心源性猝死的相关研究进展
Research Progress on Sudden Cardiac Death Caused by Clozapine
摘要
Abstract
Clozapine is a typical representative of an atypical(second-generation)antipsychotic drug commonly used in treating patients with refractory schizophrenia.However,its cardiovascular toxicity effects limit its clinical use to some extent.Meanwhile,with the increasing cases of sudden cardiac death in hospitalized patients,the adverse events of the cardiovascular system caused by clozapine have gradually attracted extraordinary attention.This article discusses the rare but life-threatening complications of clozapine cardiovascular toxicity,such as myocarditis,cardiomyopathy,and unexplained sudden cardiac death.In particular,unexplained sudden cardiac death often has no noticeable lethal pathological changes through forensic autopsy and pathological examination.Since it is difficult to define morphologically,such cases bring great difficulties and challenges to identify the cause of death and medical tangle in forensic medicine.Therefore,this article is intended to summarize and analyze the causes of rare sudden cardiac death caused by clozapine to provide a reference value for follow-up clinical drug guidance and forensic expertise.关键词
