Abstract
Discoid meniscus is more prone to injure than normal meniscus because of the loss of normal structure which can rupture due to slight force.In this case,the injured person immediately experienced an outer discoid meniscus rupture of left knee,which occurred after being kicked in the left knee outside and falling to the ground with a soft leg.Through case investigation,clinical examination,and combining with the structural characteristics of discoid meniscus,we believe that there is a correlation between the outer discoid meniscus rupture of left knee and this injury.But this injury is a slight force.So the outer discoid meniscus rupture of left knee is caused by this injury and congenital developmental malformation of discoid meniscus.When identifying the injury degree,the level of injury degree should be reduced.In the forensic clinical identification about discoid meniscus injury,we should consider the causal relationship between the forces and injuries,as well as the causal relationship between diseases or deformities and injuries.关键词
