Abstract
Objective To understand the basic situation of maternal health care in Huanggu District of Shenyang City from 2013 to 2018 under the two-child policy.Methods The"Annual Report on Maternal Health and Health Conditions"in Huanggu District from 2013 to 2018 was collected and sorted.The changing trend of maternal and neonatal growth,the differences and changing trends of health care management indicators in different years,and different levels of institutional health care management in 2018 were analyzed.Results From 2013 to 2018,the card establishment rate in the first trimester and the prenatal examination rate were higher than 98.00%,and the postpartum visitation rate and system management rate were both higher than 95%.The number of pregnant women participating in syphilis and AIDS project detection was high,and the detection level was low.The hospital delivery rate was 100%,and the live birth rate of hospital delivery was higher than 99%.The HIV detection rate,syphilis detection rate and prenatal screening rate showed a significant increasing trend.The cesarean section rate occasionally decreased,but it was still more than 50%all the year round,at a high level.Anemia of pregnant women and low birth weight,overweight and premature birth of perinatal infants are dominant.The mortality rate on the 7th day after birth showed a significant decreasing trend,and the perinatal mortality rate was between 4‰and 7‰.The management level of primary maternal and child health care institutions was lower than that of secondary and tertiary health care institutions.Conclusion During the two-child policy period,the management level of maternal health care has been improved,the management effect has been remarkable,and it has adapted to the growth of pregnant women,but there is a problem of high cesarean section rate.In 2018,the maternal health care management indicators have all reached the"13th Five-Year Plan",the health care management of community health service centers needs to be further improved.关键词
