Abstract
In order to reduce the rate of cesarean section and promote natural delivery,induction of labor has become the main clinical means for obstetrics department to deal with high-risk pregnancy.In the actual work of obstetric medical records,there are often cases of missed filling and confusion of surgical codes in the induction of labor operation.In this paper,by combing the theoretical knowledge of induction of labor in obstetrics department and the classification rules of induction of labor operation in the International Classification of Diseases,Ninth Revision,Clinical Modification(ICD-9-CM-3),combined with the classification of clinical cases,this paper aims to provide reference for obstetric coders,continuously improve the knowledge reserve of obstetrics department,firmly grasp the coding rules,and improve the coding accuracy of surgical operation.关键词
