Abstract
Objective To study the hot spots and development trend of acute left heart failure nursing research from 1986 to 2022 based on CiteSpace analysis,and to provide reference for the future acute left heart failure nursing research.Methods With"acute left heart failure"and"nursing"as the theme,the retrieved information was searched in CNKI database,and then visualized by CiteSpace 5.7.R5W software.Results A total of 482 literatures were included.The number of publications on nursing care of acute left heart failure in China was on the rise.On the whole,the distribution of authors was relatively scattered,and only a small number of authors were connected to form a small cooperative team,but the links between different teams were not close.Except for"acute left heart failure"and"nursing",the keywords with the highest frequency were"first aid"and"first aid nursing",and the keywords with the highest centrality were"first aid nursing".Conclusion At present,the research attention of acute left heart failure nursing is not enough in China,Chinese scholars should increase the scientific research investment in the field of acute left heart failure nursing research,combined with research hotspots,in-depth research,and strengthen the communication and cooperation between authors and关键词
