柳州市城区1～3岁幼儿语言发育现状分析
Analysis of the Language Development Status of Children Aged 1-3 Years Old in Liuzhou City

Abstract
Objective To analyze the language development status of children aged 13 years old in Liuzhou city.Methods Using stratified cluster sampling to select 2147 children aged 1-3 years old from 6 community health service centers in three urban areas of Liuzhou city,and the"Infant Language Development Screening Scale"was used to evaluate language development.Results The scores of speech and language expression and overall language of boys were lower than those of girls,the detection rate of language dysplasia in children aged 1-3 years in Liuzhou was 25.19%.The detection rate of language dysplasia and the detection rate of abnormal language assessment factors in boys were higher than those in girls(P＜0.05).The detection rate of abnormal language development in children aged 12-29 months showed an increasing trend.The detection rate of abnormal language development in children aged 24-29 months was the highest,and the detection rate gradually decreased after 30 months(P＜0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of early language development problems in children in Liuzhou is high,and there are obvious gender and age differences in language development problems.It is suggested that children should be screened for language development in the early stage,and targeted intervention plans should be formulated to promote the healthy development of children's language.关键词
