Abstract
Objective To analyze the trend of cancer incidence and mortality in Nanfeng County from 2019 to 2022.Methods The data of cancer incidence,mortality and population in Nanfeng County from January 2019 to December 2022 were collected.The number and composition ratio were calculated from the year of diagnosis or death,gender and age group to analyze the trend of cancer incidence and mortality in this area.Results From 2019 to 2022,a total of 2667 cases of cancer were included in Nanfeng County.The incidence rate in 2019 was 312.26/100 000,and the ASR China was 268.61/100 000.In 2022,it decreased to 240.49/100 000 and 166.202/100 000,respectively.The downward trend was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The downward trend of cancer incidence in both males and females was statistically significant,and the ASR China of malignant tumors in males was higher than that in females(P＜0.05).From 2019 to 2022,the downward trend of tumor mortality in Nanfeng County was statistically significant,and the cumulative rate of 0-74 years old was higher than that of 0-64 years old(P＜0.05).From 2019 to 2022,the incidence of cancer in the cancer registration area of Nanfeng County was at a low level at the age of 0-39 years old.After the age of 40,it gradually increased with age,began to rise rapidly at the age of 55-59 years old,and reached the highest peak at the age of 75-79 years old.The mortality rate was at a low level from 0 to 44 years old,gradually increased with age after 45 years old,began to rise rapidly from 55 to 59 years old,and reached the peak from 80 to 84 years old.Conclusion From 2019 to 2022,the incidence and mortality of tumors in Nanfeng County shows a downward trend year by year,and shows a certain age distribution.We should attach great importance to the prevention and treatment of tumors in this area,do a good job in tumor screening and early diagnosis,and effectively improve the prognosis of tumor patients.关键词
