Abstract
Objective To investigate the predictive value of D-dimer,platelet distribution width(PDW)and left atrial diameter combined with left atrial thrombosis in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 103 patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation who underwent TEE examination in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University School of Medicine from June 2019 to June 2022 were included.According to the results of TEE examination, the patients were divided into thrombus group(15 patients)and control group(88 patients). The clinical indexes[D-dimer,fibrinogen degradation products(FDP),PDW,left atrial diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter]were compared between the two groups.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting thrombosis, and ROC curve was drawn to analyze its predictive value for thrombosis. Results There was no significant difference in left ventricular end-diastolic diameter between the two groups(P>0.05).The D-dimer,FDP,PDW and left atrial diameter in the thrombus group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).D-dimer,PDW,and left atrial diameter were risk factors for non-valvular atrial fibrillation. The area under the ROC curve(AUC)of the combined prediction of thrombosis was 0.824[95%CI(0.719,0.930)],the sensitivity was 80.00%,and the specificity was 83.00%.Conclusion The combined detection of D-dimer,PDW and left atrial diameter has a high predictive value for left atrial thrombosis in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.关键词
