Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of oxytocin combined with carbetocin in postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony during cesarean section and its effect on hemodynamics.Methods From May 2019 to May 2022,60 parturients who underwent cesarean section and had intraoperative uterine atony in Chongren County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(30 parturients)and observation group(30 parturients)according to the random number table method.The control group was given oxytocin intervention,and the observation group was given oxytocin combined with carbetocin intervention.The postpartum hemorrhage(bleeding volume and postpartum hemorrhage rate at 2 and 24 h after operation),hemoglobin(Hb),hemodynamic indexes[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding at 2 and 24 h after operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of Hb in the two groups at 24 h after operation was lower than that before operation(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),while the decrease of Hb in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of SBP and DBP at 24 h after operation in the two groups were lower than those before operation,and HR was higher than that before operation,but the levels of SBP and DBP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and HR was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with Carboxytocin can effectively improve the bleeding caused by uterine atony during cesarean section,reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage,reduce hemoglobin loss and hemodynamic fluctuations,and has good safety.关键词
