TGF-β1、TNF-α、VEGF在慢性牙周炎中的意义
Significance of TGF-β1,TNF-α and VEGF in Chronic Periodontitis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the expression changes of transforming growth facatou-β1(TGF-β1),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)in serum and vascular endothelial factor(VEGF)in gingival tissue in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods Forty patients with chronic periodontitis who were treated in Changyi People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected as the experimental group,and 40 periodontally healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.Serum TGF-β1,TNF-α and VEGF expression in gingival tissue were compared between the two groups,and the relationship between TGF-β1,TNF-α,VEGF and clinical characteristics was studied.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between TGF-β1 and TNF-α,VEGF.Results The expression of serum TGF-β1 in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the expression of serum TNF-α and VEGF in gingival tissue was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The expression of serum TGF-β1,TNF-α and VEGF in patients with chronic periodontitis was related to the degree of periodontitis(P＜0.05),but not related to the duration of periodontitis and the number of tooth defects(P＞0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the low expression level of serum TGF-β1 in patients with chronic periodontitis was negatively correlated with the high expression of TNF-α(r=-0.301,P=0.029)and tissue VEGF(r=-0.281,P=0.039).Conclusion The expression of serum TGF-β1 of patients with chronic periodontitis is decreased,while the expression of serum TNF-αand VEGF in gingival tissue is increased.The expression of TGF-β1 is closely related to the expression of TNF-α and VEGF,which play a certain role in the formation of chronic periodontitis.关键词
