Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drug penetration therapy on limb function recovery and hemorheology in patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia.Methods A total of 72 patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drug penetration therapy.The clinical efficacy,Fugl-Meyer hemiplegic limb motor function score,daily living activity ability(Barthel)score,hemorheology index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group(P＜0.05).The Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel score of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drug penetration therapy has a good effect on hemiplegia of ischemic stroke,which can improve limb function and daily living ability,improve hemorheological indexes,and has a low incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
