基于网络平台的追踪延伸护理在儿科川崎病患儿中的应用效果

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of tracking extended nursing based on network platform in children with Kawasaki disease in pediatrics department.Methods A total of 60 children with Kawasaki disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and intervention group by random number table method,with 30 children in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given tracking extended nursing intervention based on network platform on the basis of the control group.The disease health knowledge level,complication rate,family nursing satisfaction,family function score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The health knowledge score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and that in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the intervention group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(83.33%)(P＜0.05).The family function score of the intervention group after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and that of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of tracking extended nursing based on network platform in the nursing of children with Kawasaki disease in pediatrics department is good,which can improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of family members,improve the health knowledge level of children,and prevent complications.关键词
