Abstract
The development of gastric cancer is regulated by a combination of genes and signaling pathways.As a member of the natriuretic peptide family,C-type natriuretic peptide plays a variety of biological roles by activating cGMP through binding to its specific receptor NPR-B,which in turn regulates downstream signaling molecules.Atrial natriuretic peptide plays an anti-proliferative role and inhibits tumor migration and metastasis in gastric cancer,while C-type natriuretic peptide is structurally similar to atrial natriuretic peptide and its effector molecules are also similar,so it is presumed that C-type natriuretic peptide also has similar effects in gastric cancer.In addition,C-type natriuretic peptide can inhibit the activation of NF-κB signaling pathway,which can promote the development of gastric cancer and play an important role in apoptosis,proliferation,invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.The article reviews the relationship between the C-type natriuretic peptide,NPR-B and NF-κB signaling pathway and the development of gastric cancer,aiming to provide effective reference values for scientific research and clinical treatment.关键词
