水产病原肝肠孢虫核酸检测试剂盒效果测评OA

该研究选取汇科因、市场品牌A、市场品牌B 3种核酸提取试剂盒及其对应的PCR检测试剂盒,检测近几年盛行肆虐的水产病害——肝肠孢虫(EHP),综合评估核酸提取试剂盒提取的核酸浓度、纯度、CV值,RT-PCR检测试剂盒的Ct值、波动范围等结果.结果显示,提取南美白对虾的肝胰腺和肌肉组织,不同核酸提取试剂盒提取的核酸浓度高低:汇科因>B>A;不同提取试剂盒获取的核酸样品经不同qPCR检测得到的EHP病原浓度高低:汇科因≥A>B;汇科因核酸提取试剂盒和qPCR检测试剂盒相对于A、B试剂盒的效果和稳定性均较佳.

This study selected three nucleic acid extraction kits,namely Huikeyin,Market Brand A,and Market Brand B,as well as their corresponding PCR detection kits,to detect the rampant aquatic disease Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei in recent years.The nucleic acid concentration,purity,CV value extracted by the nucleic acid extraction kit were comprehensively evaluated,as well as the Ct value and fluctuation range of the RT-PCR detection kit.The results showed that the concentrations of nucleic acid extracted by different nucleic acid extraction kits from the liver,pancreas,and muscle tissues of Penaeus vannamei were as follows:Huikoin>B>A;The EHP pathogen concentration obtained from nucleic acid samples obtained from different extraction kits through different qPCR tests is as follows:Huikeyin≥A>B;The Huikyin nucleic acid extraction kit and qPCR detection kit have better performance and stability compared to the A and B kits.
