牛至中药组方汤剂治疗兔球虫病的疗效试验及效果评估
Efficacy Trial and Evaluation of Origanum vulgare L Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction in Treating Rabbit Coccidiosis

Abstract
To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine formula of Origanum vulgare L on rabbit coccidiosis,twenty-five 45-day-old healthy non coccidiosis rabbits with similar body weight were selected in this experiment and rando mLy divided into 5 groups.5 days after infection,oral ad ministration of 2.00,1.00 g/mL,and 0.50 g/mL of Origanum vulgare L Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction was performed.The therapeutic effect of Origanum vulgare L decoction on rabbit coccidiosis was evaluated based on indicators such as infection degree,survival rate,and number of oocysts per gram of feces(OPG).The results showed that the clinical symptoms of the positive control group were more severe than those of each medication group,and the average weight gain of the positive control group was the least.The difference in average weight gain between the Chinese medicine group and the positive control group was extremely significant(P＜0.01).All experimental groups had oocysts discharged 5 days after infection,and the OPG of the treatment group decreased to 0 with the prolongation of medication days.The OPG of the positive control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group.The high concentration group(2.00 g/mL)has the best therapeutic effect on rabbit coccidiosis in the traditional Chinese medicine formula of Origanum vulgare L.This indicates that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with Origanum vulgare L has a certain effect on the treatment of rabbit coccidiosis,and there is a dose-effect relationship,providing a theoretical basis for the use of Origanum vulgare L as a substitute for antibiotics and other drugs to prevent and treat rabbit coccidiosis.关键词
