玉米秸秆辅料发酵猪尸体生态系统微生物多样性的变化研究
Study on the Change of Microbial Diversity in Swine Carcass Ecosystem Fermented with Corn Straw as Supplementary Materials

Abstract
In order to reveal the change of microbial diversity in the swine carcass bio-fermentation tank caused by corn stalk fermentation excipients.The bio-fermentation tank was established according to the experimental method.Five samples were collected from the fermentation tank,and a total of 20 groups were sampled at four locations each time.The 16S rDNA sequencing technology was used to study the microbial diversity and structure in the stable fermentation pool,and the phylogenetic tree and diversity analysis were established.These different dominant microorganisms affected the fermentation process.Firmicutes(Sporosarcina,Exiguobacterium)and Proteobacteria(Paenalcaligenes)were three fermentation dominant bacterium.关键词
