宠物猫单侧隐睾的组织形态学观察与测量
Histomorphological Observation and Measurement of One-sided Hidden Testicles in Pet Cats

Abstract
Cryptic testicle is one of the most common symptoms of testicular dysplasia in animals.The experiment was carried out by HE staining morphology and histological data.The results showed that compared with the normal HE staining of the testicles,the one-sided cryptostricular mesenchymal cells are more and more clustered,the intracellular spermatocytes are less and dispersed,partly clustered in the central tricellular island-like structure.The measurements showed that the number of cryptostracic tubes averaged 7.45/mm2,significantly more than 5.38/mm2(P＜0.01)of normal testicles.However,the diameter of the cryptostracoid tubes averages 27.79 μm,which is significantly less than that of the normal testicles 33.57 μm and the number and diameter of the tubes are significantly different(P＜0.01).There are obvious differences in histomorphological structure between the one-sided cryptorchidium and the normal testicle.The number of curvature tubes is large and the diameter is small.关键词
