四川省阿坝州牦牛副产物增值对策研究
Research on Value-added Strategies for Yak by-products in Aba Prefecture,Sichuan Province
摘要
Abstract
Yak is one of the main cattle species in China.Yak has been the dominant domestic animal and the main means of production and living in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau since ancient times,and is known as the boat of the plateau.In recent years,the rapid development of animal husbandry in China,in the process of yak slaughter,not only can obtain yak meat,but also produce a large number of yak by-products.But the utilization of yak by-products is less.In order to fully explore yak by-product resources,improve the exploitation degree and utilization rate of by-products,effectively improve the economic benefits of yak breeding,avoid environmental pollution and resource waste,promote the construction of yak by-product circular economy,so as to form green,high-benefit and sustainable ecological animal husbandry.This paper investigated the utilization of yak by-products in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture,introduced in detail the application of yak by-products in the fields of food,chemical industry,biomedica and so on,and prospected the development prospect of yak by-products,so as to provide reference for the efficient and rapid development of animal husbandry in Aba Prefecture.关键词
