摘要
Abstract
Bacteria-like particles(BLP)are nonliving spherical particles with a diameter of 1~2 μm,mainly composed of peptidoglycan(PGN)outer surface.These particles can bind to exogenous antigens by PA with high affinity and high loading capacity to form hollow surface display particles.BLP surface display system,as a safe,effective,inexpensive and multifunctional protein antigen loading platform,has been widely used in the development of mucosal adjuvant and mucosal vaccine.This article reviewed the construction,advantages and application of BLP in mucosal vaccine.关键词
