Mechanism and Application of Cyclophosphamide in Hair Removal
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes the mechanism and application of cyclophosphamide.Cyclophosphamide is a widely used chemotherapy drug for the treatment of tumors,and its hair removal side effects seriously affect the quality of life of patients.This paper first introduces the chemical structure and mechanism of cyclophosphamide,and then details the mechanism of cyclophosphamide causing hair ilation,including apoptosis,cell cycle arrest and hair follicle cell injury.Finally,this paper summarizes the current prevention and treatment of cyclophosphamide hair removal and explores future directions.关键词
