摘要

Abstract

Under the strategic situation of"rejuvenating Mongolia through science and technology"and rural revitalization,local universities and disciplines should focus on the high-quality development of animal science to meet the urgent demand for new talents.However,in Inner Mongolia,the training scale of graduate students in animal science is small,teaching and research are emphasized but application is neglected,the awareness of knowing,loving,promoting and strengthening animal husbandry is poor,the knowledge is narrow,and the ability to solve production problems is insufficient,which makes it difficult for graduate students to adapt and be competent for the needs of talents in application field of livestock.In order to solve the problems that scientific research is out of touch with production practice,personnel training and animal husbandry development demand are misplaced,which restrict scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation,small science and technology backyards and family farms are linked to build a postgraduate education and training system that meets the needs of animal husbandry,exploring the training mode of integrated and compound animal husbandry talents for graduate student in production,and serve the local areas with the practice of small science and technology backyards.
