Analysis of the Measures and Paths of Standards for Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievement Transformation
摘要
Abstract
Standards are an important carrier of scientific and technological achievements,and scientific and technological innovation achievements are the source of standards.By analyzing the standards for scientific and technological innovation achievement transformation,enterprise patents and technical standards,this paper finds that there are some key problems in manufacturing enterprises,such as lack of awareness of standards layout before R&D,lack of strategic integration between standards development and technical R&D,lack of compound talents in planning and implementing patent standardization,and then puts forward policy suggestions to speed up the implementation of patent standardization strategy and seize the new commanding heights of international competition.关键词
