Abstract
At present,the standardization of patents has received high attention from the national and local governments.The number of standards transformed from patents has continued to grow,and some achievements have been made.However,there are also problems such as non-standardized standards,low transformation levels,and poor effectiveness.According to the characteristics of standards transformed from patents,this paper studies the progressiveness evaluation system of standards transformed from patents,and puts forward corresponding evaluation principles and evaluation system,which will help to promote the establishment and improvement of the progressiveness evaluation specification of standards transformed from patents,and help the healthy and orderly development of patent standardization work.关键词
