Analysis on the Writing of Technical Specifications for the Operation of Meteorological Satellite Ground Receiving System
摘要
Abstract
The meteorological satellite reception is a technology-based and fundamental social welfare enterprise.Guangzhou Meteorological Satellite Ground Station is one of the four meteorological satellite reception ground stations in China.Previously,the management of ground reception system operation technology mainly relied on the technology mastered by maintenance personnel and the experience accumulated in maintenance.Therefore,it is necessary to develop an effective and recognized standard.In this paper,the standard is written through literature research,interview adjustment,and empirical analysis methods,referring to the standards certified by ISO 9000,and summarizing the working documents issued by the Satellite Center in recent years.Drawing on the management experience of domestic and foreign meteorological industry standards,combined with the actual situation of the Station,countermeasures are proposed to improve the management of satellite reception and operation technology,a technical specification for the operation of ground receiving systems is established to systematize,standardize,and scientize maintenance work,in order to minimize the excessive reliance on maintenance personnel's technology and experience.In the future,the specification will also be introduced into intelligent management platforms.关键词
