Practice Exploration and Thinking on Promoting the High-quality Development of Medical Alliance Construction under the Background of Standardized Construction
医联体建设是构建整合型医疗卫生服务体系,落实分级诊疗制度的重要载体.本文通过对南通市医联体建设经验的总结研究,针对实践中发现的问题,结合规范化高质量发展新阶段对医联体建设提出的强调"三医"联动、落实功能定位、推进医防融合等内在要求,从优化体制机制、强化政策配套、加强互联互通、坚持预防为主等方面提出建议,推动医联体建设迈上高质量发展新台阶.
