Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the standardized communication of bedside medication health education by pharmacists using the AIDET communication model.Methods:100 questionnaire survey data of bedside care for inpatients in the department of pediatrics and gastroenterology of the hospital from June 2022 to October 2022 were selected for analysis.Routine pharmaceutical care without AIDET communication model was used before intervention,and AIDET communication model was used after intervention.Various influences of the two groups were compared.Results:According to the data,the influence of various aspects of health education of patients before AIDET communication model intervention was significantly improved,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:When pharmacists apply AIDET communication mode to provide bedside health education services to inpatients,it can significantly improve patients'understanding of medication health education content,improve medication compliance,reduce patients'anxiety during hospitalization,and significantly improve their satisfaction with pharmaceutical care.关键词
