Effect of Standardized Nursing Intervention on the Rehabilitation of Children with Tetralogy of Fallot after Cardiopulmonary Bypass Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of standardized nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of children with tetralogy of Fallot after cardiopulmonary bypass surgery.Methods:80 children with tetralogy of Fallot admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected and divided into an observation group(n=40)and a control group(n=40).The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received standardized nursing care.The effect of care of the two groups was compared.Results:The comparison indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing intervention is safe,practical,and cost-effective,playing a very important role in clinical work.The application of standardized nursing intervention in postoperative patients with tetralogy of Fallot can effectively shorten the stay time and hospitalization time in the ward,and to some extent,reduce a lot of medical burden for the families of patients.At the same time,standardized nursing intervention is more comprehensive and refined,which can improve postoperative comfort for children,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and has a positive impact on optimizing clinical treatment effect.This is the future development trend of postoperative rehabilitation nursing for tetralogy of Fallot.关键词
